At The Blackstone Grille, you'll find warm hospitality in a cozy dining atmosphere run by Louisville's favorite restaurateurs - Rick and Cathy Dissell. Our comfortable dining room is located in Prospect, Kentucky.

The Blackstone Grille offers regional American dishes and Caribbean specialties. We are open Tuesday through Sunday for dinner from 5 pm and offer Sunday Brunch 11-1:30. With the bar opening daily at 4:00, (Sunday Dinner 5-8 and 1/2 price beers 5-8) it's the perfect place to relax before enjoying a wonderful dinner. We are closed on Monday.
